The inspiration behind starting a Degree College in Jhansi is to empower today’s youngsters to dream the impossible and thus, help them achieve success in their life. The secret of all successful people is a daring mind to dream and a persevering attitude to attempt the impossible. History is filled with the stories of successful people who first dreamt and then ventured to attempt the impossible and achieve success. Most of them succeeded in their attempts and invented a wonderful and brighter future for themselves and their families.

All that is possible today was impossible yesterday. The masteries of today were the mysteries of yesterday. All the inventions and world records just prove it. Nothing is impossible for today’s youngsters regardless of their status, language, culture, etc. All that they require is a resolute and smart mind to focus on their objective and a persevering disciplined work ethic to obstinately and uncompromisingly work hard till they achieve their goals.

Youngsters are the future and there is no future without them. But the problem today’s youngsters face is that they do not know how to unleash and harness their potential to achieve this beautiful future. They do not know how to think out of the box and dare to transform today’s mysteries into tomorrow’s masteries. They shy away from taking control of their mind and their destinies.

The impossible becomes possible first in dreams and hence,the youngsters need to dream about their future. Their dreams should inspire them not to sleep anymore. Rather, the dreams should motivate them for relentless hard work. Christopher Reeve once said, “So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.” Don Bosco Degree College (DBDC) strives forward with this noble aim of helping its students in dreaming their future and then achieving their dreams.

We the staff and management of DBDC undertake to be effective instruments in creating a successful future for our students. For this we need their active presence, cute personality, ingenious imaginations, creative mind and relentless effort.
